What do I need to do to create a parcel with customs clearance?
Do I have to do something different, when creating labels through YourGLS?
You just have to create your label, as you usually do. On page 2 there'll be an extra field called "Incoterm", as you need to fill out. If the parcels needs to be send to United Kingdom, you have to choose "18 DAP". Is the parcel to another customs country, you have to choose "20 DAP."
After creating the label, you need to send the invoice to this mail or upload it here .
