We will inform the recipient of your parcel about delivery in a timely manner. As soon as the ordered products are ready to be shipped, recipients receive an e-mail with delivery information and additional delivery options. For example, even before the first delivery attempt, your recipient can indicate that the parcel can be delivered on another day, that we can deliver it to a Parcel Shop or that it can be delivered with a deposit permission. Even if a parcel is already on its way, the recipient can often still indicate a preference.
By informing your recipient in time about the delivery of a parcel and offering a choice of alternative delivery options, your company saves on customer service costs. Your recipient will receive an e-mail with information about the scheduled delivery and alternative delivery options.
When the recipient chooses an alternative delivery option, we will send an e-mail confirming this delivery option.
Once a delivery attempt has been made (via the chosen delivery option), the recipient will receive an e-mail.
Even after delivery, we inform recipients about the status of their parcel, if, for example, it is waiting somewhere.
