How can I find my parcel sent with GLS?
You can find your GLS parcels by using our Track & Trace feature on the website or in our app. In our app, you can get the full overview and receive notifications when your parcel is ready to be picked up in the ParcelShop or when it is on its way to you.
What should I do if I am not at home to receive my parcel?
At fuldmagt.gls.dk we offer a flexible delivery solution where you can order a power of attorney. With a power of attorney, you authorise GLS to deliver your parcel to a place of your choice on your home address.
This way, you won't have to sit at home and wait for your parcel to be delivered.
What information do I need to pick up my parcel from a ParcelShop?
When your parcel is ready to be picked up at your local ParcelShop, you will receive a notification by email and/or SMS, as well as in your GLS app . Bring your parcel number and provide it when you pick up your parcel in the ParcelShop.
