My account has been locked out of the GLS Mobile Application
a) In case of registration with an email account
If there are 10 failed login attempts, the system will lock the account for 1 minute. You can then try again, but if the login attempt fails again, the lock will be reactivated for 1 minute. After every 10th unsuccessful attempt, the duration of the lock will gradually increase and may increase up to 5 hours. This helps protect your account from unauthorized access. If you are unable to log in after several attempts, we recommend using the "Reset password" option.
b) In case of registration with Facebook, Google or Apple account
In this case, you will need to log in with the account associated with the relevant platform.
